Christine’s Approach:

Christine Hager, Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and Natural Allergist and Medical Intuitive, believes that determining the root cause of presenting symptoms is essential to achieving lasting results so that our bodies can thrive.

A combination of manual muscle testing, dowsing, clinical analysis of health history/diet and presenting symptoms is applied to determine the underlying root cause, ailing clients. From there, she uses a system of acupressure and laser acupuncture to calm the central nervous system in the presence of the allergen, releases stagnant emotional barriers and reprograms the body from the energy mismatch which no longer serves it. If the body is in need of additional support for underlying infections, nutrient deficiencies etc., Christine is equipped to evaluate and recommend the right match for your body’s current healing needs.

Education and experience:

Christine had always been an active and ambitious child. As a competitive dancer and honor roll student, she had very little time or paid little attention to her body’s needs, until symptoms arose that she could not ignore. Brain fog, chronic pain, insomnia, sinus problems, chronic infections, rashes, itching, IBS, tinnitus, clinical depression, chronic fatigue and eating disorders, changed the trajectory of her life and education completely. After seeking answers from multiple medical doctors, with clinical testing to no avail and with no desire to go on anti-depressants for life, she met with practitioners, Natural Allergist/Reiki Healer, Sue Taylor and Osteopath/Functional Medicine Practitioner, Dominick Hussey, who sparked her interest in Applied Kinesiology and its potential to finding her answers medical testing hadn’t and healing the root of her issues.

To repair her relationship with food, Christine took it upon herself to learn as much as she could about nutrition, reading as many books as she could get her hands on, keeping up to date on current food trends, research and became a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2010.

In 2011, while living in New York, Christine took courses in Energy Kinesiology from the International College of Healing Arts under the instruction of Ken Campbell (NP), learning the skills of manual muscle testing and associated healing modalities. To have a more in depth understanding of the meridian systems and acupuncture points incorporated into Energy Kinesiology protocols, Christine enrolled in The International Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s Acupuncture Practitioner program. Following her graduation in 2019, she now incorporates her extended knowledge of acupuncture points, TCM Diagnosis, Emotions and 5 Element theory into her allergy treatments to aid the body in its recovery.
